Trust your customers. Respect them. Change perceptions wherever you can (especially if you have corrected a mistake and can back up your claims). Never pretend that they don’t know their own minds.

Cashing checks is nice and I do have to do that to stay in business. To lose my love is to lose what drives me here in the first place. I choose love~

Think of something you have done for as long as you can remember...

You were a natural, even way back when. And as you’ve grown, so has your passion and skill.

You’re not perfect, but you’re good. You can always learn more, but your instincts are in place.

That’s how it has been for me ever since I learned to use a pencil.

Writing is my passion and my pleasure.

If you don’t have the time or talent to create your own copy, then why not let someone else do it for you?

Then you can go and do whatever it is you’ve done for as long as you can remember.
